If you cant get Photoshop because its to much here are some good substitutes for the real thing (a friend asked me about it so I thought I would share some)

[link] (aviary is in browser and I have tested it myself seems to work the best with Mozilla Firefox)

[link] (gimp is not in browser and its not as easy to learn like photoshop but just as good)
